JSA Healthcare has a proud tradition of promoting from within. We strive to promote the most qualified and experienced employees. To be eligible for transfer, employees MUST



1. Possess the minimum qualifications for the open position.
2. Have been in his/her current role for at least six (6) months (unless waived by executive team)
3. Have attained no less than "Satisfactory" on his/her last performance evaluation.
4. Have no corrective performance actions on file within past six (6) months.

Interested internal applicants should contact the hiring manager and, if selected for interview, contact their current supervisor before interviewing for the new role. Current supervisors must approve any transfers in advance of acceptance by the employee. Employees may not apply for more than two (2) openings within a (1) month period.
