Jose Soler, M.D.

Dr. Soler specializes in Internal Medicine, Endocrinology and Geriatrics, and is NCQA Certified in Diabetes and Heart/Stroke Care. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and is NCQA Certified in Diabetes Care. Dr. Soler has practiced medicine at the Seffner clinic since 1989. He completed his residency and internship at the Harbor Hospital Center in Baltimore, Maryland. Dr. Soler also had a fellowship in Endocrinology at University Hospital Medical Center in Jacksonville, Florida. Dr. Soler is an active member of the Hillsborough Medical Association and the Florida State Medical Association. He is fluent in English and Spanish.

Jose Soler, M.D. specializes in Internal Medicine, Endocrinology and Geriatrics. Dr. Michael Zane is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and joins JSA after leaving MacDill AFB Medical Center where he was Chief of Internal Medicine. Brian Hockensmith, ARNP-C received his Masters of Science in Nursing in 2001, Adult Nurse Practitioner from the University of Maryland, School of Nursing, Baltimore.

The center is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
