Dr. Soe is Board Certified in Family Practice and is NCQA Certified in Diabetes and Heart/Stroke Care. Dr. Soe grew up in Indiana and completed his undergraduate studies at Purdue University then attended medical school at the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency program in Largo at Sun Coast Hospital before joining JSA Medical Group. He has extensive training in general surgery, urology and dermatology. Dr. Soe is currently practicing at our Marina Village Primary Care Center. He has been in the Tampa Bay area for 13 years.
