Srinivas Sanka, D.O.

Dr. Sanka comes to JSA from Pennsylvania where he completed his medical training at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency in 2002 at St. Luke’s Hospital in Bethlehem, PA and is Board Certified in Internal Medicine. In his spare time, Dr. Sanka enjoys traveling, golf, biking and other outdoor recreation. He and his wife are happy to call South Tampa their new home.

Dr. Seenu Sanka is Board Certified in Internal Medicine. Dr. Sonal Patel is Board Certified in Internal Medicine. They are both NCQA Certified in Diabetes and Heart and Stroke Care. Sheryl Kirk, ARNP received her Masters of Science of Nursing, Nurse Practitioner from the University of Tampa.

The center is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Having been in the same location for 5 years, the center is located in Fountain Oaks Plaza, which is at the corner of Dale Mabry and Waters. It is most easily accessed from the Dale Mabry side of the plaza. Fountain Oaks Primary Care Center can provide for all of your primary healthcare needs.
