Seenu Sanka is Board Certified in Internal Medicine. Dr. Sonal Patel is
Board Certified in Internal Medicine. They are both NCQA Certified
in Diabetes and Heart and Stroke Care.
Sheryl Kirk, ARNP received her Masters of
Science of Nursing, Nurse Practitioner from the University of Tampa.
The center is open Monday through
Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Having been in the same location for 5 years,
the center is located in Fountain Oaks Plaza, which is at the corner of
Dale Mabry and Waters. It is most easily accessed from the Dale Mabry side
of the plaza. Fountain Oaks Primary Care Center can provide for all of
