Nancy Frizzell, PhD, ARNP, is
certified in Family Health Nursing and Women's Health. Dr.
Ala Sahawneh is Board Certified in Family Practice and Board Eligible
in Geriatric Medicine. Dr.
Brunilda Nazario is Board Certified in Family Practice. Dr. Alagumalai Swammy and
Dr. German Alvarez
are hospitalists for
this area.
JSA accepts most major
health plans including Humana Gold Plus, Medicare, Aetna, Tricare, PPOs and
HMOs, and private pay patients.
