Dr. Lee Baker is Board
Certified in Internal Medicine and is a member of the Society of Critical
Care Medicine and the American College of Physicians.
JSA accepts most major
health plans including Humana Gold Plus, Medicare, Aetna, Tricare, PPOs and
HMOs, and private pay patients.
The center is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am till 5:00 pm. Call for
