Cruz Fana-Souchet, M.D.
Dr. Faņa-Souchet is Board Certified in
Internal Medicine and Infectious Disease. She is also NCQA Certified in
Diabetes and Heart/Stroke Care. Dr. Fana-Souchet did both her residency
training and fellowship in Infectious Disease at New York Hospital
Medical Center of Queens, New York She relocated to St. Petersburg,
Florida in July of 2006.
Dr. Faņa-Souchet is a member of the American Society of
Microbiology, the Infectious Disease Society of America, the American
Medical Association and the American College of Physicians. She was
awarded the Joe H. Dwek Teacher of the Year award and the best
Postgraduate 3rd Year in the New York Hospital in Queens.
Dr. Faņa-Souchet is fluent in both English and Spanish.
