Dr. Kumar Amar, M.D.

Dr. Amar is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Pulmonary Medicine. He completed his medical training at Kakatiya Medical College in Warangal, India. Dr. Amar completed his internship at Detroit-Macomb Hospital in Detroit, Michigan and his residency at Englewood Hospital in Englewood, New Jersey. He has been the Director of the Respiratory Therapy Department at Northbay Medical Center since 2003. Dr. Amar’s private practice has been open since 1981.
