Ms. O’Sullivan-Stobbe attained her MS as a Physician Assistant from the Chicago Medical School. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants. Ms. O’Sullivan-Stobbe has a wide variety of experience including general surgery, emergency medicine, OB/GYN and family practice. She has been practicing locally for ten years and takes a great interest in the community.

Kelly practices at both the Winter Park Family Health Center and the Park Avenue Medical locations.
