Dr. Choksi is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Geriatrics. He also received additional certification from the American Board of Hospice and Palliative medicine. He completed his fellowship at North Shore University Hospital in Long Island, New York. He completed his Internship and Residency at New York Methodist Hospital.

Dr. Choksi is a member of the American Geriatric Society, the American College of Physicians, the American Society of Internal Medicine and the Metropolitan Area Geriatrics Society.
