Dr. Choksi is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Geriatrics. He also received additional certification from the American Board of Hospice and Palliative medicine. He completed his fellowship at North Shore University Hospital in Long Island, New York. Dr. Choksi completed his Internship and Residency at New York Methodist Hospital. He is a member of the American College of Physicians, The American Society of Internal Medicine and the Trinity YMCA. Dr. Choksi loves music.
