Clearwater Primary Care Center can provide for all of your primary healthcare
needs. Whether you need blood drawn for lab tests, x-rays taken,
prescriptions filled, or just a routine visit with your primary care provider,
we have the facilities to accommodate you.

Houston, ARNP is
a Certified Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner with Concentration in
Adult Nursing.
JSA accepts most major
health plans including Humana Gold Plus, Medicare, Aetna, Tricare, PPOs and
HMOs, and private pay patients.
The
Clearwater Primary Care Center is conveniently located in Oakbrook Plaza,
at the corner of Enterprise and McMullen Booth Roads, next to the Driver's
License Bureau. The center is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am till 5:00 pm. Call for
