needs. Whether you need blood drawn for lab tests, x-rays taken,
prescriptions filled, or just a routine visit with your primary care provider,
we have the facilities to accommodate you.

Dr.
Brunilda Nazario is Board Certified in Family Practice. Nancy Frizzell, PhD, ARNP, is
certified in Family Health Nursing and Women's Health. Dr.
Ala Sahawneh is Board Certified in Family Practice and Board Eligible
in Geriatric Medicine. Dr. Alagumalai Swammy is a hospitalist for this area.
JSA accepts most major health plans including Humana Gold
Plus, Medicare, Tricare, PPOs and HMOs, and private pay patients.
