JSA
Healthcare Corporation aims to become a major managed healthcare
corporation known as a high quality, cost-effective provider through
continually improving our products and services to meet our customers’
needs.

the sponsors and consumers of our services, the quality of our healthcare

cost-effective healthcare.

Healthcare Corporation offers many employee benefits such as: Health,
Dental, Vision and Life Insurance, CME days and dollars, Short-Term and
Long-Term Disability, Paid Time Off, Sick Time, Bereavement Leave, Jury
Duty Leave, 8 Holidays per year and a 401(k) plan.
In
addition to competitive compensation and benefit packages, JSA offers a
bonus incentive to employees. The physicians, center administrators and
case managers receive quarterly bonuses and all other employees receive an
annual bonus in mid-December. This promotes high employee morale and
motivation and helps lower turnover. Our employees are dedicated to the

Village is an outstanding office to work for; it’s like a home
